The big day is fast approaching and your new bundle of joy is so excited to meet you and your entire family soon. But with all the excitement, an overwhelming feeling can surface too. Your Puppy’s First WeekSTEP #1 PUPPY PROOFIf your puppy will be under the age of 8 months, they will be at the perfect age for teething. And you know what that means? Chewing and lots of chewing! Your puppy will chew to soothe their gums, so you want to be prepared.
Go through the area your puppy will spend most of her time and remove anything you don’t want to be chewed, and anything that could pose a threat.

STEP #4 – CREATE A SCHEDULE – that everyone agrees to and if necessary, post in a location that everyone can view and follow.
